Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy:

  • CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES - Items shipping via UPS or FED EX ground service in the CONTIGUOUS US will incur a shipping fee of $8.00 for the 1st pair, and $5.00 for each additional pair.
  • NON-CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES - Shipping costs will be added to all orders shipping outside the contiguous. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all other non-contiguous US destinations. We will automatically add the shipping charges to your order once we receive it.
  • International Orders - For all US Federal Government orders shipping to an International destination we will email your shipping costs for your approval. We will also ship FED EX using YOUR FED EX shipper # if you prefer.
  • APO / FPO addresses - $15.00 per pair shipping.
  • Postal service requests and P.O. Boxes shipments are $9.00 per pair shipping charge and will be added to your order.

Expedited shipping

  • Please email govsales@frontiernet.net or call 1-585- 394-5417 for an expedited shipping quote. We will require the zip code of your shipping location in order to provide you a quote.

Return Policy:

  • All items must be UNWORN and in RESELLABLE CONDITION.
  • Returned within 30 days of receipt for credit to credit card
  • Returns between 30-60 days will be for store credit only. You will be issued a credit voucher.
  • No returns or exchanges accepted after 60 days of receipt.
  • BELLEVILLE - EXCHANGES or RETURNS must be made within 30 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS allowed.
  • All returned merchandise must be in the original shoe or boot box. Merchandise returned with out the original shoe or boot box will be returned to you at your expense. We will charge the credit card used for the original purchase or call you for an alternative credit card.
  • Merchandise returned after 60 days will be returned to you at your expense. We will charge the credit card used for the original purchase or call you for an alternative credit card.
  • Footwear worn outside for any length of time will not be accepted for return unless deemed a manufacturer's defect.

Exchange Policy:

  • All exchanged merchandise must be unused, new as received and in re-saleable condition.
  • Returned for exchange within 30 days of receipt. No freight will be charged for exchanges returned within 30 days
  • Exchanges received after 30 days and under 60 days of delivery - exchange freight will be charged to the credit card used for the initial purchase.
  • No exchanges will be made after 60 days of delivery
  • Footwear worn outside for any length of time will not be accepted for exchange unless deemed a manufacturer's defect.

Fit Policy:

  • Size selection is your responsibility. Keep in mind is no universal size scale. Footwear will vary in fit between various brands, styles, models sizes and widths.
  • We encourage you to try on your new footwear on the carpet for a short period of time to insure a proper fit. Footwear tried on the carpet for longer than 20-30 minutes may cause the footwear to show wear and may not be accepted for return or exchange. Please be mindful of this fact.
  • Footwear worn outside for any length of time will not be accepted for return unless deemed a manufacturers defect.

Warranty Policy:

  • We warranty all footwear against manufacturer's defects for 60 days following delivery
  • If you feel that your worn or unworn footwear has a manufacturers defect, please call us 1-585-394-5417 (toll) for return instructions
  • You may also email govsales@frontiernet.net explaining your issue and we will reply with return instructions.
  • Returned Footwear that has been worn will be evaluated upon receipt and either replaced if deemed a manufacturer's defect or returned to you at your expense if deemed not defective. We will charge the credit card used for the original purchase or call you for an alternative credit card.
